氰基丙烯酸酯胶粘剂 / Cyanoacrylate Adhesives

氰基丙烯酸酯胶粘剂又称为万能胶、超能胶、快干胶、三秒胶、瞬间胶、502胶、立即胶粘剂,所含作为组合剂的成分为氰基丙烯酸酯(Cyanoacrylate)。氰基丙烯酸酯是一系列物质的合称,例如 2-氰基丙烯酸甲酯(Methyl-2-cyanoacrylate,CH2=C(CN)COOCH3)。
氰基丙烯酸酯是属于丙烯醛基的树脂,当把胶涂在物件表面时,溶剂会蒸发,而物件表面或来自空气中的水份(更准确是水分所形成之氢氧离子)会使单体迅速地进行阴离子聚合反应(anionic polymerization)形成长而强的链子,把两块表面黏在一起。由于其聚合过程是放热反应,所以可以发现其温度会轻微上升。由于溶剂(丙酮)在其间蒸发,所以使用胶会嗅到一些难耐的异味。
由于湿气会使氰基丙烯酸酯聚合,把一支胶长期暴露在空气会导致它之后不能再用。要防止此情况发生,可以把已开封的胶存放在一个不漏气的瓶子,并在瓶内放入干燥剂。
